Carlos has over 11 years of experience in the scale industry. As a technical sales engineer, Carlos identifies customers needs and provides product and service technical and engineering information. Carlos works closely with technical support for in motion weighing, material batching, conveyor belt scales and automated truck weighing.
Shannon - Strategic Accounts Manager
Shannon has nearly 10 years of scale industry experience working with customers across various industries to create powerful weighing solutions. As a National Strategic Accounts Manager with Rice Lake, she manages the sales process for MotoWeigh® in-motion checkweighers, EZ Mount tank weighing assemblies, bench scales and floor scales.
Bobbie - Senior International Sales Specialist
Bobbie joined Rice Lake Weighing Systems’ International Sales team in 2008 as a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish. Over her 17-year tenure in the department, Bobbie has grown as an essential member of Rice Lake’s team, becoming a Senior International Sales Specialist. In this role, she manages and supports our sales offices and dealer accounts throughout Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
Gabriel - Regional Sales Director
Gabriel has more than 10 years of scale and weighing industry experience. As a Regional Sales Director, Gabe builds relationships with customers and provides essential information to empower his customers' businesses.
