Jeff Malinowski has been part of the Rice Lake team since 1997. With a degree in
Applied Physics, Jeff combines both technical expertise and product knowledge with
an experienced perspective on applications. Jeff is currently a Sales Director for
Rice Lake Weighing Systems, managing the On the Road Tour Bus.
Previously Jeff has worked as Product Manager Specialist of Heavy Capacity Scales
as well as Electronic Engineering and Inside Sales as a Product and Applications
Jeff's unique position allows him to bring Rice Lake's impressive line of industrial
weighing and measurement equipment right to the door of dealers and their customers.
Jeff enjoys the bus experience, helping many understand the real return on investment
that Rice Lake has to offer while providing scale solutions throughout different
Steve Delaney joined the Rice Lake team in 2008, bringing over 18 years of scale
industry experience along with him. He began his career as an entry level technician
packing a double A.A.S. in Electronics and specializing in audio/video. With his
business management experience in other industries he was soon promoted to Service
Manager, then Branch Manager, then Regional Sales.
Steve's experience with many first-time development projects and beta field testing
made him an ideal technical and product trainer to both sales and service people
alike. He is the author and expert behind several published sales journals.
