Fans of the CBS police drama Blue Bloods may be lucky enough to catch Rice Lake equipment in action this Friday, February 3rd. Following a request from the show’s set buyer in late 2011, Rice Lake’s TS and TA Series Balances were sent to New York to be included in a pharmacy scene. Blue Bloods, starring Tom Selleck and Donnie Wahlberg, is set in New York City and follows the paternal New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) and his multi-generational family of police officers.

This Friday’s episode, titled “The Job,” is also the first scripted drama to be shot at the 9/11 Memorial in New York City. Tune in to watch Blue Bloods this Friday, 10pm Eastern/Pacific and 9pm Central/Mountain, and try to catch a glimpse of Rice Lake’s TS or TA Series laboratory balances.
