From Eau Claire, Wisconsin

• Take U.S. Hwy. 53 North out of Eau Claire. Rice Lake is approximately 50 miles north of Eau Claire.
• Rice Lake has two exits from U.S. Highway 53; County Hwy. O (exit 140) and State Hwy. 48 (exit 143).

From the Minneapolis International Airport to Rice Lake:

• As you leave the airport terminal get on Highway 5 SOUTH to I-494 EAST (see sign).
• Proceed south on Highway 5 to I-494
• Exit off Hwy 5 onto I-494 EAST. Continue on I-494 EAST around the Twin Cities until you get to I-94.
• Take I-94 EAST and continue going east until you intersect with Highway 63 at Baldwin, WI.
• Take Highway 63 NORTH to Highway 8 in Turtle Lake, WI.
• Take Highway 8 EAST through Turtle Lake and Barron until intersecting with Highway 53.
• Rice Lake has two exits from U.S. Highway 53; County Hwy. O (exit 140); to the north, State Hwy. 48 (exit 143).

Rice Lake is the largest primary retail community between Eau Claire (50 miles south), Superior/Duluth (100 miles north), and Minneapolis/St. Paul (100 miles west). It serves a prime population retail trade area of approximately 80,000 and an area of more than 2,000 square miles.

From the Minneapolis Airport to Rice Lake:

• As you leave the airport terminal get on Highway 5 SOUTH to I-494 EAST (see sign).
• Proceed south on Highway 5 to I-494
• Exit off Hwy 5 onto I-494 EAST. Continue on I-494 EAST around the Twin Cities until you get to I-94.
• Take I-94 EAST and continue going east until you intersect with Highway 63 at Baldwin, WI.
• Take Highway 63 NORTH to Highway 8 in Turtle Lake, WI.
• Take Highway 8 EAST through Turtle Lake and Barron until intersecting with Highway 53.
• Take Highway 53 NORTH and proceed north to the Highway O exit (first Rice Lake exit)
• Take the Highway O exit and turn right (east)
• From Highway O you can get to Rice Lake Weighing Systems or your motel.

If you're going to Rice Lake Weighing Systems:

• Proceed east on Highway O, past Menards and Shopko to the second set of stoplights. This is Pioneer Avenue.
• Turn left at this intersection and proceed north on Pioneer Avenue.
• Go approximately one mile to a stop sign. This is Coleman Street.
• Turn left on Coleman Street and proceed west approximately 100 yards.
• Rice Lake Weighing Systems is on the left.
• NOTE: You may call 715-234-9171, extension 5998 for directions to our plant.

If you're going to the Days Inn:

• Take the first Rice Lake exit - Hwy O.
• At the bottom of the exit they'll find a "round-about"; stay right and get on Hwy O traveling east.
• Proceed on Hwy O to Main Street. This is approximately two miles from the Hwy 53 and Hwy O intersection and Main Street is located at the third set of stop lights.
• Turn left on main, traveling north. You'll travel on Main Street about one mile. The Days Inn is on the left side of the road (west side). It is a large log cabin type structure.

From Rice Lake to the Minneapolis International Airport:

• Take the Highway O to the Highway 53 exit
• Take Highway 53 SOUTH and proceeding south to Highway 8.
• Take the Highway 8 exit and turn right (west), you're now on Highway 8 WEST.
• Highway 8 WEST will take you through Barron and Turtle Lake, WI.
• As you pass through Turtle Lake you'll intersect with Highway 63.
• Turn left, taking Highway 63 SOUTH. Proceed south to Baldwin, WI where you'll intersect with I-94.
• Merge onto I-94 WEST to St. Paul, MN
• As you approach St. Paul merge onto I-494 WEST.
• I-494 will take you around the southern part of the Twin Cities.
• You'll begin to see signs for the Minneapolis International Airport.
• Merge onto Highway 5 NORTH to the Minneapolis International Airport.
• Highway 5 NORTH will take you to the Main Terminal. Stay in the left lane and watch signs closely for directions.
