Rice Lake offers single-point load cells in an array of capacities, materials, and functions.
RL1010 Single-Point, Aluminum RL1010 Single-Point, Aluminum
Off-center loading load cell. Designed for direct mounting of the weighing platform and simplifying construction of platform scales. Long-term stability and durability are maintained. Load cells with potted cavities are available for improved protection in damp environments. Potted models in capacities from 7 to 90 kg with 10'/3.1 m cable; unpotted models in capacities of 3 and 5 kg with 3'/.9 m cable, NTEP certified from 10 kg to 50 kg.
RL1040 Single-Point, Alumuinum RL1040 Single-Point, Alumuinum
Low-profile, off-center loading load cell. Designed for direct mounting of a weighing platform, hanging scales, and other low-capacity beam applications. Long-term stability and durability are maintained. Potted cavities provide improved protection in damp environments. NTEP-certified capacities from 7 to 100 kg; non-NTEP capacities of 3 and 5 kg. Integral 10'/3.1 m load cell cable.
RL1042 Single-Point, Aluminum RL1042 Single-Point, Aluminum
A low-profile single point for platform weighing, this model is constructed of aluminum, and is a two-beam design. This design offers high immunity to side forces and is specially coated to provide humidity resistance. The unit is available in a capacity range from 1 to 100 kg. Complete with 10'/3.1 m load cell cable.
RL1140 Potted Single Point, Stainless Steel RL1140 Potted Single Point, Stainless Steel
Low-profile, off-center loading load cell. Designed for direct mounting of a weighing platform, hanging scales and other low-capacity beam applications. Stainless steel construction and a unique humidity-resistant protective coating provides long-term stability, even in harsh environments. Potted cavities provide improved protection in damp environments. Capacities from 15 to 150 kg (33.1 to 330.7 lb). Integral 10'/3.1 m load cell cable.
RL1250 Single-Point, Aluminum RL1250 Single-Point, Aluminum
High-capacity, off-center-loading load cell accurately weighs loads from 50 to 1000 kg (110.2 to 2204.6 lb). Long-term stability and durability are maintained. These load cells with potted cavities offer excellent performance in damp environments and NTEP approved.
RL1260 Single-Point, Aluminum RL1260 Single-Point, Aluminum
High-capacity, off-center-loading aluminium load cell. This model is of the two-beam design, and is specially coated to assure durability in harsh environments. Capacities from 50 to 635 kg (110.2 to 1400.0 lb). Complete with 10'/3.1 m load cell cable and NTEP approved.
RL1380 Single-Point, Stainless Steel RL1380 Single-Point, Stainless Steel
This single-point cell is constructed of stainless steel and designed to perform in harsh, environments. These features make the RL1380 ideal for platform scales and packaging and process weighing equipment. Capacities from 7 to 60 kg (15.4 to 132.3 lb). Complete with 3.1 m/10' of load cell cable and NTEP approved.
RL1385 Single-Point, Stainless Steel RL1385 Single-Point, Stainless Steel
This single-point cell is constructed of stainless steel, and is designed for high performance in harsh environments. These features provide an excellent option when stainless steel is required for an application. The RL1385 is available in capacities ranging from 6 to 200 kg (13.2 to 441.0 lb) Complete with 10'/3.1 m of load cell cable and NTEP approved.
RL1521A Single-Point, Aluminum RL1521A Single-Point, Aluminum
The RL1521A is a very low-profile single-point load cell designed for electronic bench scales and platform scales where only one load cell is used. Intended as a replacement for the Vishay BLH and NMB® C2G1, capacities range from 3 to 35 kg (6.6 to 77.2 lb). Integral 17.8"/450 mm load cell cable and NTEP approved.
RLMK21 Single-Point, Stainless Steel RLMK21 Single-Point, Stainless Steel
The RLMK21's single-point design is a durable, accurate and cost-effective alternative for Weigh-Tronix® 3270 Series checkweighers. Integral overload protection and redundant sealing provide durability in damp environments. Capacities from 4.5 to 50 kg (9.9 to 110.3 lb). Complete with 10'/3.1 m of load cell cable.
RLMK4 Single-Point, Stainless Steel RLMK4 Single-Point, Stainless Steel
With capacities ranging from 10 to 100 lb (4.5 to 45.3 kg), these load cells are stainless steel and have special moisture-resistance encapsulants for damp environments. Interchangeable with NCI® Model MK4. Integral 10'/3.1 m load cell cable.
RLPC6 Single-Point, Stainless Steel RLPC6 Single-Point, Stainless Steel
The RLPC6 is a stainless steel, hermetically sealed single point load cell. Can be used in any application where moisture is a problem. The RLPC6 is NTEP approved and is provided with 10' of cable. Capacity ranges are 50 kg-200 kg.
RLPWM16 Single-Point, Aluminum RLPWM16 Single-Point, Aluminum
This aluminum single-point with potted cavity is IP67 rated for excellent performance in damp environments. Meet the needs of heavier applications with a capacity range of 50 to 635kg (110.2 to 1455.5lb). This NTEP-approved load cell comes standard with 3.1M/10ft of load cell cable.
RLPWM12 Single-Point, Aluminum RLPWM12 Single-Point, Aluminum
A new aluminum, single point load cell from RLWS. With capacities from 50 kg to 1000 kg, this load cell is NTEP approved. The RLPWM12 is ideal for platform, hanging scale, and other low-capacity beam applications. Complete with 3.1 m/10' of load cell cable.
RLSP4 Aluminum RLSP4 Aluminum
A low-profile model commonly found in retail, postal, and platform scale applications. This aluminum load cell is moment compensated for guaranteed accuracy. Gauge-coating compound protects against high-humidity environments. Available from 7 to 100 kg (15.4 to 220.5 lb), with most capacities NTEP approved. Standard with 1m/3.3’ of load cell cable.
RLPCBC-60 Stainless Steel RLPCBC-60 Stainless Steel
The RLPCBC-60 is a stainless steel, hermetically sealed single point for use in harsh environments. NTEP approved and available from 50 kg to 1000 kg.
RLBLP Planar Beam RLBLP Planar Beam
Very low profile aluminum sensor that can be used in bench scales and in low profile floor scales. Available in capacities from 15 kg to 150 kg.
RLFLS, Potted Single Point, Stainless Steel RLFLS, Potted Single Point, Stainless Steel
Interchangeable with the Avery Weigh-Tronix FLS, Rice Lake’s single-point RLFLS is a solid choice for many bench scale applications. The potted RLFLS is stainless steel and rated at IP67, available in a range of capacities from 50lbs to 625lbs.
RLPWM15, Single Point, Stainles Steel RLPWM15, Single Point, Stainles Steel
The environmentally sealed RLPWM15 replaces HBM®’s PW15 for many bench scale types. This stainless steel model with both NTEP and FM approval comes in a range of capacities from 10kg to 150kg. Standard with 10 feet of load cell cable.
RLPWM15HE Single Point, Stainless Steel RLPWM15HE Single Point, Stainless Steel
IP69K rated and hermetically sealed, this stainless steel NTEP model is perfect for the serious demands of industrial food processors and other washdown applications. This robust single-point model comes with 10ft of load cell cable and is available in capacities of 10 to 100kg (22 to 220.5 lb).
