Jeff Malinowski has been part of the Rice Lake team for over eleven years. With a degree in Applied Physics, Jeff combines both technical expertise and product knowledge with a perspective on applications. Jeff is currently a Sales Director for Rice Lake Weighing Systems, managing the Power to the Process motor coach. Prior to becoming the Power to the Process motor coach manager, Jeff was the Product Manager Specialist of Heavy Capacity Scales. He has also worked in Electronic Engineering and Inside Sales as a Product and Applications Specialist.

Jeff's unique position allows him to bring Rice Lake’s impressive line of industrial weighing and measurement equipment right to the door of dealers and their customers. Jeff explains that he enjoys the Power to the Process tour, helping many understand the real return on investment that Rice Lake has to offer while providing scale solutions throughout different product verticals.

When Steve Delaney joined the Rice Lake team in July he brought over 18 years experience in the scale industry. Steve began his career as an entry level technician packing a double A.A.S. in electronics specializing in audio/video. With his business management experience in other industries he was soon promoted to Service Manager, then Branch Manager, then Regional Sales.

Steve’s experience with many first-time development projects and beta field testing made him an ideal technical and product trainer to both sales and service people. He has written several sales journals that have been published in scale manufacturing publications.
