Designed for Durability

The RoughDeck AX-1 is designed with a top and bottom steel plate that provides structural strength creating a more rigid weighing scale—leading to more accurate weighing. With driver safety in mind, the AX-1 top plate is diamond tread and the wide, one-piece design makes it easier to drive vehicles on and off. The RoughDeck AX-1 axle scale is offered in three standard sizes with custom sizes available for unique applications.

Accuracy On-Site

Axle scales are compact and can be put in service in a variety of locations, increasing site options for weighing. If you have a location that requires a unique size, Rice Lake can create axle scales in custom sizes and capacities. The AX-1 is the perfect choice for industries that require non-Legal for Trade seasonal
weighing. It can be moved and stored when not in use during the off-season.

Durable Scale Frame

The frame provides additional strength and a safe way to lift and move the scale. Foot plates on the frame ensure the AX-1 has a solid surface for accurate weighing. Top access foot adjustment holes in the top deck make it easy to achieve a level weighing surface after the scale has been placed.
