Measure, calculate and assemble parts and materials to the appropriate specifications. Properly follow manufacturing documents and safely operate machinery to precisely fuse materials. Follow safety precautions for potentially dangerous equipment.
Build strong relationships with clients and promote the Rice Lake brand. Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments and activities for customer projects. Plan and schedule projects and timelines effectively and efficiently to reach sales goals.
Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials throughout buildings. Properly operate heavy machinery and support timed routes. Effectively follow manufacturing documents and perform tracking procedures.
Get paid to learn! Rice Lake offers a paid training program for welding or CNC machine tool operation. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll have the necessary skills to confidently complete a variety of production tasks in your position.
You will also become a full-time production team member with Rice Lake, manufacturing the most robust equipment in the weighing industry.
