New and Improved Search and Chat

The website search bar is bigger to allow for longer, more descriptive search terms. You can also pre-filter result types before you search, so you only see the results you want. For example, you can filter for Manuals and search “1280” to see only manuals for the 1280 Enterprise® Series indicator in your results.

The chat widget is now larger and has moved to the bottom right of your screen. You can live chat or request information and a Rice Lake representative will chat with you.

Updated Website Menu

Our resources are still available by category but we have also added a knowledge center to answer frequently asked questions. This area is ideal for new hires because it allows them to search for educational content by topic or product type, not just resource type, so they will see all articles, videos and sales literature related to their search.

The product menu has been updated so you can see all product categories and quickly navigate to the one you need. We still have our industry pages active on this website to help first-time scale buyers find a solution for their application, no matter what field they work in.

Find Products Faster and Easier

When you are on a product landing page, you will see filter options to the left of the products. This makes it easier for you to find the perfect solution for an application. Once on a product page, you will still see standard features, images, specifications, resources and part numbers. The functions to order, request a quote or request more information are the same as they were on our old website.

Personalize your Location and Language

You can also select your location and language separately, instead of having them tied as they were on our old website. You can select from a number of countries Rice Lake does business with to see the solutions available to you.
