Dimensioning Solutions | iDimension Pallet and Parcel Dimensioners
Rice Lake will show a range of dimensioning solutions, including the iDimension Flex dimensioning system for efficiently obtaining measurements of large shipments. By pairing the iDimension Flex with the RoughDeck® HP floor scale and 680 Synergy Series indicator, large boxes and pallets can be dimensioned and weighed simultaneously, and operators clearly see results.
For weighing and dimensioning on conveyor systems, Rice Lake has the RT-M roller-top checkweigher and conveyor system, which weighs packages on a line. Rice Lake’s dimensioning systems can be suspended over the conveyor to capture package dimensions.
In-motion Checkweighing | MotoWeigh® Systems
The MotoWeigh IMW in-motion checkweigher will also be on display. It efficiently weighs packages in motion, ensuring they do not fall outside of required shipping weight guidelines. The MotoWeigh system can also be NTEP Certified for processing products sold based on weight.
Forklift Weighing | CLS Forklift Scales
At booth N-5265, visitors will also see CLS Series forklift scales. These scales mount directly to most Class II forklifts, so weights can be calculated while pallets are transferred in a facility. The durable design with a welded centering pin and top cleats makes sure the CLS Series delivers reliable, consistent results.
Live Scale Demos
Products will be demoed live by Rice Lake scale experts, in both English and Spanish. On Monday, October 19, at 2:00 p.m., there will be a hands-on, in-depth demonstration of Rice Lake’s dimensioning systems at booth N-5265.
