Washdown-safe Platform Scales | RoughDeck® and BenchMark® Scales

Rice Lake’s RoughDeck QC-X floor scale and BenchMark HE-X bench scale will both be on display as durable weighing solutions. These scales are built to withstand washdown conditions and meet sanitary requirements in strict industries such as food processing. The RoughDeck QC-X opens at a 75° angle for easy cleaning, and the BenchMark HE-X has continuous welds to avoid product buildup in gaps.

In-motion Checkweighing | MotoWeigh® Systems

At booth S-4018, visitors will also see the MotoWeigh IMW in-motion checkweigher. This stainless-steel weighing system quickly processes products or packages, removing items that are over- or underweight from guidelines, alongside NTEP certification to sell items based on weight.

Weight Transmitters

For belt scale management, Rice Lake will also be showing the SCT-4X integrated fieldbus transmitter. The SCT-4X can manage up to four load cells to process weight readings and send diagnostics to a web server for data tracking and monitoring operations.

Load Cells and Weight Mounts

Visitor will also see a variety of load cells and weight mounts on display, with mounting systems for tanks to weigh products in bulk. Rice Lake’s load cells are built for durability and accuracy, providing reliable weights during long-term use.

Live Scale Demos

Products will be demoed live by Rice Lake scale experts, in both English and Spanish. On Monday, October 19, at 10:00 a.m., there will be a hands-on, in-depth demonstration of the MotoWeigh in-motion weighing system.
