From working in the field as a service technician to becoming a software engineer and then product manager, Don has experience in nearly every facet of weighing. Don first joined Rice Lake Weighing Systems in the engineered products department, and today he is the product manager for a variety of products, including intrinsically safe solutions, programmable weight indicators and software.
As a technical sales engineer, Jacob assists customers with technical support and develops solutions to suit unique applications for belt scales and indicators, in-motion checkweighers and digital junction boxes. He has experience with installing and repairing various types of industrial food equipment, including PLCs. Jacob served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an avionics technician working with electrical and navigational systems.
Matt has been with Rice Lake since 2021 and provides excellent customer service for all product lines and applications. With knowledge across various applications and weighing systems, Matt assists with inquiries about order status, delivery and more.
Tim started at Rice Lake Weighing Systems as a Regional Sales Director in 2012. Tim has over 20 years of scale industry experience, and his background includes process control, automation and custom scale weighing equipment.
