Rice Lake’s metrology laboratories have an industry-leading 4-day calibration turnaround making it easy to certify your scales and test weights.
Whether manufactured by Rice Lake or a different company, we offer recalibration and certification processes for all manufactured test weights.

Calibration weights are marked with alpha-numeric ID numbers to make it easier for users to identify the weight sets and assist with traceability.

Beginning January 1, 2020, Class F calibration weights will no longer be sold for legal metrology use. New weights for use as field standards placed into service for weights and measures use after this date must comply with all of the requirements of NIST Handbook 105-1 (2019).
