CattleCon 2024 Will Feature Rice Lake Livestock Solutions
Rice Lake, Wis.—Rice Lake Weighing Systems will display a variety of weighing solutions for the beef industry at NCBA CattleCon in Orlando, Florida, January 31-February 2, 2024. Orange County Convention Center visitors will learn more about Rice Lake’s livestock scales, instrumentation and software solutions at booth 1086.
Rice Lake will display the MAS-LC stationary, multi-animal livestock scale to help reduce shrink, provide Legal for Trade weights and ensure animal welfare. The MAS-LC is constructed to ensure animal and handler safety with 4-foot-tall kick panels and spring-loaded latches on the gates. To further protect livestock, the MAS-LC features flooring with improved traction made from durable, recycled plastic and rubber that doesn’t harbor moisture or bacteria.
Visitors to booth 1086 will also see Rice Lake’s 920i® digital weight indicator with Rate of Gain software for tracking single animal weight. The 920i has a stainless steel enclosure, a large display for simple operation and a USB port that allows animal weights to be transferred to a flash drive and uploaded to a database on a PC. The 920i weigh center will also be on display, featuring the digital weight indicator and a legal ticket printer in a weatherproof enclosure.
Rice Lake will also showcase the straightforward 482-AG livestock digital weight indicator programmed with Group Weighing software that can be used to record individual or group weights. The 482-AG has a bright LCD display, making weights easy to read, and stainless steel housing to provide reliable performance indoors and out.
