Information for Canadian Shipping

In order to prevent delayed shipping times or customs clearance issues, please enter your courier account number and broker information.  We are able to save this information for future orders.

If your shipments are transported via courier including UPS, FedEx or DHL, and the customer is the importer of record, we need the customer’s courier account number listed on the customs invoice.

If you do not have an account with the courier or your shipment is moving via a less-than-load (LTL) carrier, we will need the customer’s customs broker information.

Please do not change sales order incoterms to delivered duty paid (DDP) without further internal communication. If you are not registered via the CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) system you cannot import into Canada. If you have any questions about CARM reach out to your customs broker or view the requirements online.
