Automatic Film Stretching and Tray Centering

Ideal for wide-variety, small-lot production, the WM-Ai automatic wrapper supports tray with automatic film selection, stretching and tray centering. A CMOS camera system detects the tray as soon as it moves onto the scale, then identifies its orientation to initiate automatic tray centering. A product height detection sensor reads the size and location of the product on the tray in order for the label to be generated and correctly placed.
